Who I Am:
  • An education writer and editor working in both United States and Canada. Received contracts with Pearson Education, Scholastic, McGraw-Hill Ryerson, and Canadian Geographic, as well as other educational publishing firms.
  • An educator, teaching in the public education system since 1985. Developed a high school program for at-risk youth. 
  • A high school guidance counsellor.
  • A regular undergraduate instructor in education and educational psychology classes.
  • AP (Advanced Placement) Coordinator.
  • Certified as an English teacher with twenty-three years of experience; keen attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and English Language usage.
  • English as an Additional Language teaching experience; EAL materials writing experience.
